Welcome to the Webobix Technologies Private Limited Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Registration:
1.1. To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and agree to these terms.
1.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
2. Referral Tracking:
2.1. Upon registration, you will receive a unique affiliate referral link.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your referral link is used correctly for tracking referrals.
3. Commission Structure:
3.1. The commission structure is based on the membership levels and the corresponding referral criteria.
3.2. There are five membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Refer to the affiliate dashboard for details on each level’s requirements.
4. Referral Requirements:
4.1. Each membership level has specific requirements for minimum referrals and minimum referral amounts as detailed in the affiliate program documentation.
4.2. Commissions are earned based on the monthly billing of referred clients.
5. Recurring Commissions:
5.1. Affiliates are eligible for recurring commissions on a monthly basis for the lifetime of referred clients.
5.2. Commission percentages vary based on the membership level achieved by the affiliate.
6. Payment and Payouts:
6.1. Commissions will be calculated and processed based on the successful billing of referred clients.
6.2. Payouts will be made according to the affiliate’s chosen payment method, as specified during registration.
7. Fraudulent Activity:
7.1. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, self-referrals, spamming, or unethical promotion, will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
7.2. Webobix Technologies reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions earned through fraudulent activities.
8. Affiliate Responsibilities:
8.1. You are responsible for promoting Webobix Technologies in a truthful and ethical manner.
8.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting our services.
9. Changes to Terms:
9.1. Webobix Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
9.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination:
Webobix Technologies reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
